Max Rank Bug

When you reach the rank of "Lt. Wing Commander", your EXP bar appears at 100% instead of dropping back to 0% to be able to reach the rank of "Wing Commander". Even though +100 exp still appears over your head, the exp bar just sits there. Looks like EXP is capped 1 rank too short.

I don't know if we actually added in wing commander as an actual rank -- will check into this.

Can't wait until the re-playability content is added.. hopefully in the same patch thats coming shortly.
