Winter Patch!

We're getting close enough to this that it is time to actually start a thread specific to this patch. I'll try to aggregate all of the upcoming changes into this first post so that it will be easily visible. I know some of these bullet points are a bit vague, but David or I will fill it in with more information soon

+ ability to buy and sell items
+ ability to equip and unequip items
+ completely overhauled interface for the garage
+ completely overhauled interface for the store
+ overhauled UI for resolution switching
+ ability to change "options" without being in game.
+ tooltips for item icons
+ new item type -- engines
+ new item type -- generators
+ newly balanced ships (ships now have different attributes / "classes")
+ widescreen support
+ support for MOST (if not all) graphics cards now!
+ ability to buy and sell ships
+ tab completion for usernames in chat
+ added the beginnings of keyboard navigation support (currently only in the character selection screen)

Here is an "in progress" screenshot of what I made operational tonight. (note! all of this is _REAL_ data (except for the station name which is a placeholder) )

sorry it has not been released yet -- i hit a last minute snag right before the release that blew up in my face. it will be a few more days . I will post pictures of the new pages to hopefully temporarily appease.
